(Central Bank of India – Adajan Branch, Surat) Central Bank of India, Adajan Branch, Surat, has issued a possession notice under the SARFAESI Act, 2002, for recovery of outstanding dues from borrowers Mr. Shivlal Bhagaji Kumavat and Mrs. Rekhaben Shivlal Kumavat. The demand notice dated 19/02/2026 called for repayment of Rs. 11,23,056.67 along with applicable interest and charges, which was not complied with. Accordingly, symbolic possession of the secured immovable property situated at Krushna Kunj Residency, Village Netrang, Taluka Kamrej, Surat, measuring 40.15 sq. mtrs with proportionate undivided share in common areas, has been taken on 06/06/2026. The property is now under bank charge and any dealings are restricted. Borrowers and public are cautioned against any transactions involving the said property.
