Central Bank of India, Bholav Branch, Bharuch, has issued a possession notice under the SARFAESI Act, 2002, regarding recovery of outstanding dues from borrower Mr. Devendrasinh Amarsinh Ghariya. The demand notice dated 21/02/2026 required repayment of Rs. 8,62,361 along with applicable interest and charges, which remained unpaid. Consequently, symbolic possession of the secured immovable property situated at Flat No. B-204, 2nd Floor, B Wing, Sanskrut Co-op. Housing Society, Ankleshwar, District Bharuch, was taken on 09/06/2026. The property is now under the bank’s charge, and the borrower, guarantor, and public are cautioned against any dealings in the said property.
