BSE Limited has issued a public notice under Regulation 32(5) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021, informing the compulsory delisting of Aroma Enterprises (India) Ltd (Scrip Code: 531560) from the platform of the Exchange.
As per the notice, the company has been delisted effective June 16, 2026, due to prolonged non-compliance with listing requirements and failure to respond to regulatory communications or take corrective action to restore listing status. The Delisting Committee of BSE approved the action after considering representations from stakeholders and relevant records.
Consequently, the securities of the company will no longer be available for trading on the exchange. Promoters are required to provide an exit opportunity to public shareholders at a fair value determined by an independent valuer appointed by the Exchange.
Further, under SEBI regulations, promoters and associated key persons of the delisted company may face restrictions, including a ban on accessing the securities market or seeking listing of equity shares for a period of 10 years. Certain promoter holdings and corporate benefits may also remain frozen until compliance with exit obligations is completed.
The company has also been moved to the Dissemination Board of the Exchange.
