The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), Patna, has released the examination schedule for Advertisement No. 13/2026 for the recruitment of Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO). The Preliminary Competitive Examination will be conducted on 15 July 2026 (Wednesday) in two shifts at examination centres located in Patna, Bhojpur, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, and Nalanda. Examination Schedule: Date: 15 July 2026 (Wednesday) First Shift: 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon Paper I: General Studies Second Shift: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM Paper II: Law Important Instructions: Each question will have five options: A, B, C, D, and E. Option E signifies "Not Attempted." Candidates who do not wish to answer a question must select Option E. If a candidate leaves a question unanswered without selecting any option, 1/3 (one-third) mark will be deducted for each such question as negative marking.
