Bharat Forge Limited has issued a notice regarding the transfer of unpaid dividends and corresponding equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders who have not claimed dividends for seven consecutive years are advised to claim their pending dividends on or before August 31, 2026, to avoid transfer of their shares and unpaid dividend amounts to IEPF, as per the Companies Act, 2013 and IEPF Rules.
