Subir Kumar Das, resident of Khagrabari Natunpally, Cooch Behar, West Bengal, has declared through an affidavit that his name was incorrectly recorded as "Subir Kr. Das" in his Driving Licence (Regd. No. WB63 1993 0981997). Both names refer to the same person
