Sushil Kumar Roy, son of Budaru Roy and resident of Chakchaka, Pundibari, Cooch Behar, West Bengal, has declared through an affidavit dated 20 July 2026 before the Executive Magistrate, Sadar Cooch Behar, that his son's correct name is Subhajyoti Roy. Due to clerical errors, his son's name was recorded as Subhajoti Ray and Subhajoti Roy in service-related documents. All the mentioned names refer to the same individual.
