Sangita Kumari Sah, wife of Roshan Prasad and resident of Ranipool Bazar, Gangtok Municipal Corporation, East Sikkim, has declared through an affidavit dated 18 July 2026 before the Notary Public at Siliguri that Sangita Kumari Sah and Sangita Prasad are one and the same person. She has also declared that Aastha Prasad is her daughter.
