Sabana Ajmi, wife of Golam Rabbani, resident of Chhoto Salbari, Sitalkuchi, Cooch Behar, West Bengal, has declared through Affidavit No. O-20 dated 13 July 2026 before the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Cooch Behar, that her daughter's correct name is Sabrina Rabbani as mentioned in her Aadhaar Card and school records. Her name was incorrectly recorded as Lisa Rabbani in her Birth Certificate (Registration No. 5265, DOB: 18 December 2012). Both names refer to the same individual, and Sabrina Rabbani is her correct name for all official purposes.
