Proshanto Barman, S/o Late Lalmohan Barman, resident of Netaji Road, Ward No. 04, P.O. Alipurduar, P.S. Alipurduar, PIN 736121, has changed his name and shall henceforth be known as Prasanta Barman. The declaration was made before the Notary Public, Alipurduar Court, vide Affidavit No. 14 dated 11/08/2026. Proshanto Barman and Prasanta Barman are one and the same person.
