Ms. Chandra Maya Thapa, D/o Lt. Karna Bahadur Thapa, resident of Takdah, Darjeeling, has declared that her deceased mother’s name appears differently in various records as Biba Maya Thapa, Sasani Thapa and Saruni Thapa. Through an affidavit, she has affirmed that all three names refer to one and the same person and has sought to rectify the discrepancy in the records.
