Dipali Barman, W/o Haridas Barman, resident of Mathabhanga, Cooch Behar, has declared through an affidavit that her name was wrongly recorded as “Rupali Barman” in her Aadhaar Card instead of her correct legal name “Dipali Barman”. She has affirmed that Dipali Barman and Rupali Barman are one and the same person.
