Debajyoti Sarkar, S/o Raj Kanta Sarkar, resident of Jarabari, Dinhata, Cooch Behar, has declared through an affidavit that his name has been incorrectly recorded as “Debjyoti Sarkar” in his Aadhaar Card instead of his correct name “Debajyoti Sarkar”. He has affirmed that Debajyoti Sarkar and Debjyoti Sarkar refer to one and the same person.
