Madhumita Deb Sharma Goswami, wife of Uttam Goswami and daughter of Ramesh Deb Sharma, resident of Village, P.O. & P.S. Sahebganj, District Cooch Behar, has declared through Affidavit No. 1706 executed on 30/07/2026 before the Court of the First Class Judicial Magistrate, Dinhata, regarding discrepancies in her name appearing on her Aadhaar, PAN and school certificate. She has adopted the name Madhumita Deb Sharma Goswami, and the names mentioned in the affidavit refer to one and the same person.
