Jayanti Barman, wife of Late Rajkumar Barman, resident of Vill. Sonarchalun, P.S. Sitalkuchi, District Cooch Behar, has sworn an affidavit before the Executive Magistrate, Mathabhanga, dated 10/08/2026, for obtaining the birth certificates of her son Jayanta Barman, born on 17/03/2014, and daughter Putul Barman, born on 02/11/2016, both born at her own house.
