Dipali Mondal Sarkar, wife of Shyamal Mondal and resident of Sukaru Jote, Bhogbhita, Kharibari, Darjeeling, has declared through Affidavit No. 1204 dated 21 July 2026 before the Judicial Magistrate (1st Class), Siliguri, that Dipali Mondal Sarkar and Dipa Mandal are one and the same person for all legal and official purposes.
