Bhukta, P.S./Tahasil Ambabhona, District Bargarh, has declared that his father's actual name is Giridhari Patel as mentioned in his Aadhaar Card, whereas in his elder brother Jagannath Patel's Aadhaar Card, the name is mentioned as Gorekhnath Patel. The affidavit further declares that Giridhari Patel and Gorekhnath Patel are one and the same person, i.e., his father.
