Futkibari, PO Garalbari, PS Kotwali, District Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, hereby declare that my father’s name has been incorrectly recorded as “Lunuchh Alam” in the voter list of 20-Jalpaiguri Constituency (2002), Part No. 105, Sl. No. 289, EPIC No. WB/03/020/312641. It is confirmed vide order dated 02/04/2026 that “Unus Alam” and “Lunuchh Alam” refer to the same and identical person.
