Sonali Singha Datta, W/o Tapas Datta and D/o Bidhan Singha, resident of Subhash Pally, Kameswari Road Bye Lane, Ward No. 02, P.S. Kotwali, Cooch Behar, West Bengal – 736101, has declared through an affidavit sworn before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar, Cooch Behar on 24/07/2026 that she has changed her name from Sonali Singha to Sonali Singha Datta. Both names, Sonali Singha and Sonali Singha Datta, refer to one and the same person. Henceforth, she shall be known as Sonali Singha Datta.
