Bishnumati Gurung, wife of Dipak Kumar Gurung and resident of Rangli Kothi Dara, Rang Rangliot Tea Garden, Darjeeling, West Bengal, has declared through Affidavit No. 1037 dated 22 July 2026 before the Notary Public at Mirik that her actual name is Bishnumati Gurung as mentioned in her Aadhaar Card and PAN Card. Her old Aadhaar and Voter ID recorded her name as Sushma Tamang. Both names belong to the same individual.
