Amrika Barman, D/o Anil Chandra Barman, resident of Vill. K.B. Khalisamari, P.O. Khalisamari, P.S. Sitalkuchi, District Cooch Behar, has declared through an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Mathabhanga, on 28/07/2026, that her Aadhaar Card incorrectly records her name as Ambika Barman instead of her correct name, Amrika Barman. Both Amrika Barman and Ambika Barman refer to one and the same person.
