This document is a legal proclamation issued under Section 84 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.It declares that 29 named individuals have absconded or are concealing themselves to avoid arrest warrants issued against them.These individuals are required to appear before the court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class-07 (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, on or before September 3, 2026.Failure to appear may result in further legal proceedings, including the attachment of property under Sections 85-89 of the BNSS.
