The Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class in Delhi has issued a proclamation (See Section 82 Cr. P.C., DP/10575/RD/2026) requiring the accused person, Inderjeet Tawar of M/s Viap Concern, to appear before Room No. 107, Rohini Court on or before 11.09.2026 regarding an offense under Section 138 of the NI Act (FIR No. 13126/20).
