A court proceeding bearing Case No. CS/81981/2024, dated 05.08.2026, has been initiated before the Ld. 17th Judicial Magistrate, Calcutta, under Sections 500/120B IPC, 1860. The accused persons failed to appear before the Court, following which an arrest warrant was issued. As the accused persons could not be traced and the warrant remained unexecuted, the Court has issued a proclamation against them.
