EVENTS MANAGER ASSISTANT – DOHA, QATAR We are looking for a proactive and organized Events Manager Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in organizing and coordinating events from planning to completion Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams Support event logistics, scheduling, and on-site operations Monitor timelines and ensure smooth event execution Prepare reports, presentations, and event documentation REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Flexible schedule and willingness to work during events when required LOCATION Doha, Qatar If you are passionate about events and have excellent organizational skills, we would like to hear from you.
