Branch Manager – Hypermarket (Oman)
JOB SUMMARY
The Branch Manager is responsible for overall hypermarket operations including sales performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and staff management. The role ensures smooth daily operations while maintaining company standards and achieving business targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage overall store operations
• Drive sales growth and profitability
• Lead, train, and motivate staff
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Oversee inventory and merchandising
• Maintain operational and safety standards
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience in sales and operations
• Proficiency in retail management systems
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Solid product knowledge across categories
