Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards. - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation. - Assist in budget preparation and financial planning to support organizational objectives. - Conduct regular audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Prepare VAT returns and submit to relevant government authorities following UAE regulations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and resolve discrepancies. - Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly financial statements for management review. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred. - Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within real estate or related industries. - Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations. - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Salary: AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
