ASSISTANT SCREENING CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR
Location: Qatar
Contract Duration: 3 Years
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of call center experience, including at least 2 years in a team lead/supervisory role
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in communication and supervision
• Arabic speaking is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in designing and implementing scheduling protocols
• Monitor scheduling accuracy and data quality using Excel/CRM, BIS/Cerner systems
• Supervise, train, and develop scheduling staff
• Maintain call center knowledge base and updated operational procedures
• Prepare reports and monitor CISCO call center activities
• Ensure patient safety, data protection, and confidentiality standards are strictly followed
