About the job
We, BRONKS, have been producing our own brands of stylish men's clothing for over five years. We are among the top 10 sellers in our niche on the Wildberries/OZON marketplaces, and are launching LAMODA. We have a remote team of nearly 40 people, a wide range of tools, and flexibility.
We are currently seeking a trend analyst who will influence the product range based on trends and tendencies in the men's fashion industry, responsible for one of the most important areas - product.
IMPORTANT: We only consider candidates from the "men's clothing" niche with a portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Analyze trends from basic collections to seasonal or hyped items, changes in preferences and needs of the target audience, competitive offers, assess the potential of our products and current trends
Formation of the product's unique selling proposition (compared to similar solutions on the market)
Monitor competitors on marketplaces, exhibitions, and fashion shows
Go for new products or develop them based on trend analytics data
Select the best collections and create a sought-after assortment
Select suppliers in collaboration with the purchasing department, form collections and create a sought-after assortment
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in menswear: buying, merchandising online/brand/showroom, or sales in our category.
A deep understanding of trends (not high fashion, but in-demand items such as jeans, hoodies, and shorts).
Feel what men wear: experience in men's clothing is a must (analytics/sales/purchasing).
Independent, with a flair for the product.
Additionally, the following will be a plus: Excel for analytics, knowledge of marketplaces, and willingness to travel.
Willingness to take tests and show a portfolio
