Due to the nature of this role, this position is considered 100% on-site which means it must be consistently performed at an assigned CohnReznick office location and require daily commute to the office location.This is a temporary (seasonal) position, which will start on January 28, 2026, and end on April 3, 2026.Working hours will be 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, additional evening hours may be required. Must be available for overtime as needed (weekday evenings and possibly a few Saturdays). Accuracy is a must as this information will then be imported directly into client tax returns. In addition to the Scan program, validator will be using other software programs to track jobs and electronically store documents. Validators will be working on screen 95% of the time. SORTING - will prepare client documents for scanning. This includes removing any staples or clips and making necessary copies. Sorter will generate scan cover sheets, insert target sheets, and physically count documents. SCANNING -will scan in Client documents and perform quality controls to ensure accuracy. Scanner will maintain and clean scan hardware.YOUR EXPERIENCE.The successful candidate will have: Proficient computer use in a business environment. High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Strong organizational skills; effective communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience with Adobe, Caseware, GoFileRoom, CCH ProSystem Scan is a plus! Ability to work overtime (evenings and Saturdays)as needed with or without advanced notice. Ability to multi-task and turn around projects quickly. Extensive administrative and computer use. Dependable, reliable, and a strong attention to detail with the ability to self-review. Can-do attitude and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadline.In addition, please take a moment to review ourUniversal Job Standards.Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.
