Coordination and supervision of accounting teams (including foreign companies): setting tasks, monitoring deadlines and the quality of their work. Participation and leadership in projects to implement and improve financial systems (based on 1C and others), and to automate accounting and reporting. Optimization, standardization, and improvement of reporting processes, internal department processes, and accounting services of the Group's foreign companies in order to minimize risks and reduce labor costs. Analysis and control of financial results and financial position of foreign subsidiaries. Setting up and standardizing processes in foreign companies in accordance with the Group’s standards. Tax planning and transfer pricing o Optimization of taxation of foreign companies in the area of ​​responsibility: Organization and collection of data from foreign companies of the Group as part of the rapid closure procedures for the UU. Requirements: Higher education in finance, economics or accounting. Experience in finance and reporting for at least 3 years. Knowledge of IFRS and principles of international business. Ability to work in a team and make decisions under conditions of uncertainty.
