About the job Position: Stewardess for Private Motor Yacht (38 m), Bodrum, Turkey Vessel Details: Private motor yacht, 38 meters in length, 2 decks, 5 guest cabins. High-end interior standards, active use during the season. Candidate Requirements: • Proven experience as a stewardess on yachts from 30 m and above • Fluency in Turkish/English or Russian/English • Strong housekeeping skills, including daily cabin service, detailing, handling delicate materials • Laundry and wardrobe management: ironing, steaming, fabric care • Table service, food and beverage handling, knowledge of guest etiquette • Ability to work discreetly and maintain professional conduct at all times • Physical stamina and ability to meet the demands of a busy vessel • Team-oriented mindset and reliability • No seasickness • STCW certification and valid medical certificate (ENG1 or equivalent) preferred Main Responsibilities: • Full housekeeping of guest areas and crew interior spaces • Cabin preparation and turndown service • Laundry duties for guests • Table setup, meal service and beverage service • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the vessel • Coordination with the Captain and crew Conditions: • Location: Bodrum, Turkey • Live-in position with accommodation and meals provided • Schedule according to itinerary and guest presence • Salary commensurate with experience
