Uttarakhand Rural Roads Development Agency (URRDA), Dehradun invites applications for the post of State Quality Monitor (Civil Engineers) under PMGSY from retired or serving eligible professionals. Applicants should be Civil Engineering graduates and must have retired not below the rank of Executive Engineer (or equivalent) from Central/State Government departments, PSUs, or reputed government engineering institutions (IITs/NITs/Govt. colleges). Maximum age limit is 67 years. Candidates must have basic computer and smartphone knowledge for web and mobile-based reporting. Selected monitors will inspect road and bridge works across Uttarakhand districts. Honorarium of Rs. 4500 + Rs. 500 per day plus applicable travel allowances will be provided.
