Responsibilities Infrastructure support for teams and service directions Ensuring system reliability and scalability Identifying and eliminating performance bottlenecks Setting up monitoring, logging, and tracing systems Preventing potential failures Optimization of CI/CD pipelines, implementation of infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation of routine tasks Promoting DevOps practices towards development: implementing DevOps best practices such as SLA, SLO, SLI monitoring, incident analysis (postmortem), and change management Ensuring security, reliability, fault tolerance, and rapid recovery from platform failures Requirements Practical experience in administering and supporting Linux (Debian) family information systems Proficiency in shell scripting (bash, python) as a tool for automating routine activities Practical experience using container orchestration systems (kubernetes, docker-compose, docker swarm) Hands-on experience with containers (Docker), the basics of building Dockerfiles, and best practices in this area Proficiency in configuration management and application deployment systems (Ansible, Terraform) and practical experience in using such systems in IaC (Infrastructure as Code) building processes Using GitLAB CI (writing pipelines) and Jenkins tools Practical experience in the use and administration of monitoring systems based on Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana, Alert Manager, BlackBox Practical experience interacting with event streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Knowledge of agile management systems, ticketing systems (Atlassian Jira, Bookstack, etc.) and systems for collaborative work on accumulated knowledge (Atlassian Confluence and other Wikis) Practical experience using web servers and load balancers (Nginx, Haproxy) Practical experience in using relational database management systems (PostgreSQL and MySQL), their clustering based on Galera Cluster, Patroni, as well as the ClickHouse column-based DBMS Practical experience using NoSQL and Key-Value systems (ElasticSearch, ETCD, Redis, Zookeeper) Practical experience using centralized log collection and storage systems based on ELK stacks (elasticsearch/opensearch, logstash/fluentd/fluentbit/vector, kibana), Graylog, Loki Practical experience in using object storage systems based on S3 (Minio), as well as access tools for them.
