We are a leading architecture firm in St-Petersburg looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects. You must have a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques, as well as excellent project management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the overall design process from concept to completion - Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders - Review and approve design plans, materials, and construction methods - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Mentor and supervise junior architects Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software - Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus) - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team If you are an experienced architect with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating innovative designs, we would love to hear from you!
