NTA TURİZM TİC. LTD ŞTİ is seeking personnel to work in the spa departments of 5-star hotels we operate in the Antalya region. (Hotels open in March and close in mid-November). Specific requirements for personnel: 1. Fluent in at least two of the following languages: English, Russian, German, Polish, and Romani. 2. Female personnel aged 25-40. 3. Working hours: 08:30 to 19:30, one day off per week. 4. One round-trip airfare (arrival at the start of the employment contract and departure at the end of the contract) will be covered by the employer once for personnel with work permits. (If the employee leaves the job voluntarily before the contract expires and the employer terminates the contract for just cause, the employee is obliged to reimburse the costs of airfare and work permits.) 5. The employer will provide the employee with safe and clean accommodation during their stay, cover the cost of three meals a day, and provide a shuttle service if the distance to and from work is long. 6. The net salary for personnel will be $1000, with additional bonuses based on performance. Bonus terms will be discussed. 7. The required personnel must be open to work, have positive energy in interpersonal relationships, and be suitable for teamwork. 8. Work locations will be the spa centers, lobby areas, and outdoor areas of hotels (pool, beach, and relaxation areas). 9. Personnel are expected to promote the spa within the hotel, provide necessary information, and make sales. NTA TURİZM TİC. LTD.

WORKING HOURS BETWEEN 8:30 AM AND 7:30 PM, ONE DAY OFF PER WEEK 4. One roundtrip flight ticket (one inbound at the beginning of the employment contract and one outbound at the termination of the contract) will be covered by the employer for employees who have obtained a work permit. (If the employee voluntarily leaves the job before the end of the contract and the employer terminates with just cause, the employee must reimburse the costs of airfare and work permits.) 5. The employer shall provide the foreign employee with safe and clean accommodations during their stay in Turkey, cover the cost of three meals a day, and provide a shuttle service to and from work if the distance is long. 6. The net salary for each employee is $1,000, and additional bonuses will be awarded based on performance. Bonus terms will be negotiated.
