Job Description Implementation of sales strategy in the assigned territory Fulfilling the sales plan and increasing the company's market share Coordination of actions with the distributor manager to implement distributor demand in farms Organization of demonstration experiments on farms Sales volume forecasting Monitoring of accounts receivable of end consumers Collecting customer complaints and feedback, entering them into the CRM, and facilitating their prompt resolution by customer service Working in CRM Qualification Requirements Key Experience Higher agronomic education Experience in agricultural production Experience in sales for at least 6 months is desirable Experience with Microsoft Office programs Technical knowledge General knowledge in the field of agronomy: basic methods of plant growing, agricultural technologies Market knowledge Understanding the structure of agriculture to prioritize time and resources spent on each crop.
