Key Responsibilities: - Develop new business opportunities and generate leads. - Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers. - Conduct site visits and recommend suitable waterproofing, insulation, and flooring solutions. - Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales. - Achieve sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline. Requirements: Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred). - 2–5 years of UAE experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, insulation, flooring, or related construction services. - Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. - Good technical understanding of construction materials and applications. - Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
