Job Description Communicating professionally with Romanian and Romanian-speaking clients via telephone, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. Providing clients with detailed information about hair transplantation, dental aesthetics, and plastic surgery treatment processes. Analyzing customer needs to create personalized treatment and pricing offers . Following the sales process from initial contact to post-operation, providing necessary information, and coordinating the process. Regularly update patient records, consultation notes, and offers through the CRM system. To achieve monthly sales targets, regular follow-up, feedback, and reporting are required.
