For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\2025\Employee\Benefits\Frontline\v2\English_9.5.24.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: No experience required, and, on the job, training provided Must be 18 years of age or older No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Preferred Qualifications: Customer service experience 1 year of similar work experience Responsibilities: Clean and maintain buildings/facilities Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities Clean and dust furniture, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment Move boxes, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks Gather and empty trash Service, cleaning, and supply restrooms Perform shipping and receiving duties Document incoming and outgoing items Keep a tidy and organized work area Maintain stock of shop supplies Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas Verify documented counts against physical counts of stock Receive and fill orders or prepare supplies for sale Install protective devices to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported Drive forklift to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials Pickup and deliver customer equipment, shop supplies, parts, etc. Perform facility janitorial and maintenance duties (change light bulbs, remove trash, communicate work orders, etc.) A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
