We are expanding our global team and looking for a Relationship Manager to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring they receive clear, accurate, and prompt guidance at every step via emails and calls.
Monitor overall account health in HubSpot and maintain a clean, accurate, and well-organized client portfolio.
Conduct regular check-ins (monthly or quarterly) based on each client’s history, priorities, and evolving needs.
Develop a deep understanding of client challenges, preferences, and long-term business goals to strengthen strategic partnerships.
Communicate pricing updates, product enhancements, and process changes clearly and proactively throughout the client lifecycle.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities that genuinely align with client objectives and business growth.
Segment and analyze client profiles to tailor engagement strategies and recommend relevant solutions.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and core internal teams—such as Onboarding, Offboarding, Legal, and Finance—on cross-functional initiatives that support client success and retention.
Serve as the voice of the customer to prevent potential escalations, and manage any escalations promptly, professionally, and collaboratively.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in relationship management, key account management, customer success.
Flexibility to work in shifts based on team and client needs.
Solid technical aptitude and confidence using CRM systems and digital tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and manage long-term client relationships, over text and via calls.
Background in the EOR industry is a strong plus.
