About the job Territory of responsibility from Perm to Novosibirsk. Duties: Organizing the sales process and distribution development in the area of ​​responsibility across all distribution channels using our own regional team and the distributor's sell-out staff; Creation and implementation of the development strategy for the sector of responsibility; Ensuring and monitoring budget execution; Conducting analysis and assessment of the territory’s potential; Conducting an assessment of the effectiveness of work with distributors and their key clients (conditional operating profit, P&L); Providing proposals for the development of qualitative and quantitative distribution, protection and coordination of plans for their achievement; Ensuring the achievement of planned indicators for qualitative and quantitative distribution in all distribution channels in order to fulfill the turnover plan; Conducting negotiations to agree on commercial terms within the framework of commercial policy: pricing in channels, secondary sales plan (Sell Out), AKB in terms of channels and product groups, customer base (KTS, KU), focus tasks; Overseeing the sales team's achievement of goals and metrics (shelf share, OSA, battery, full nanogram, POS/DMP installation plan, promotional events); Ensuring the achievement of turnover and shelf availability targets to meet planned indicators; Conducting training for distributor teams on product range and sales features. Requirements: Higher education; Experience in a similar position for at least 2-3 years in FMCG companies (experience working with non-food products is welcome); Experience in conducting annual negotiations with networks; Experience working with distributors; Experience in team management; Experience in wholesale, traditional distribution channels, B2B direction will be an advantage; Readiness for business trips: Urals + Western Siberia.
