GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS • Graduated from the Engineering faculties of universities with a bachelor's degree, • At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the tool industry or machine machining industry, • Proficient in ISO Quality Management Systems, • Proficient in English, preferably with German as a second language. • Proficient in MS Office programs, reporting, and presentation skills. • Planning, coordination and problem-solving skills are well developed, • Advanced analytical thinking skills, able to analyze reports accurately, • No restrictions on international or domestic travel, • Proficient in using measuring instruments, • Good knowledge of technical drawing reading, geometric measurement and tolerancing, • We are looking for a "Quality Control Engineer" for our central factory in Dilovası, preferably residing in the Kocaeli (Kartepe, İzmit, Derince, Körfez, Hereke, Dilovası) - Istanbul Anatolian side (Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla) regions. JOB DESCRIPTION • Completing quality control processes in accordance with customer order specifications and company manufacturing procedures. • Ensuring the implementation of quality systems within the company, • To effectively implement and improve the Quality Management System, and to conduct all activities in accordance with the company's quality policy, objectives, and instructions. • To regularly report the prepared documents and records of the tests and controls performed, • Implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards within the company and taking necessary actions, • Reporting production loss rates and presenting error reduction measures plans, • To ensure the non-conformity system works in a way that prevents non-conforming products from progressing to the next stage, • To ensure that customer complaints and quality problems related to products are resolved in cooperation with the relevant departments and to report them. • To check whether the supplied raw materials, materials and equipment comply with the required quality standards, • To create a calibration and verification plan for measuring instruments. • Preparing, monitoring, and ensuring the continuity of necessary reports and documents. • To follow up on corrective, preventive and remedial activities, • To implement regulations related to environmental legislation, • To implement and monitor occupational health and safety regulations together with the OHS Specialist. • Keeping workflow processes and regulations up-to-date and organizing improvements, Candidate Criteria • Experience 3 to 99 years • Education Level University (Graduate), Master's Degree (Graduate), Doctorate (Graduate)
