About the job 🚀 We are looking for a Project Manager / BizDev (SEO) with experience in iGaming. Main focus: Traffic optimization. Together with the SEO team, you will launch and test hypotheses, implement new solutions, and improve key performance indicators (traffic value, engagement, retention, and user return). It’s important that you have solid SEO knowledge and understand the specifics of the iGaming industry. Responsibilities: - Launching and developing hypotheses: new mechanics for user acquisition, retention, and reactivation; - Defining requirements and managing the product roadmap; - Cross-functional collaboration with SEO, development, analytics, copywriting, and business teams; - Funnel and metrics analysis (CR, RR, LTV, ARPU), identifying growth opportunities; - Budget management and performance evaluation of acquisition channels; - Scaling successful solutions across the company’s products; - Building and developing a team (if needed). Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry; - Hands-on experience working with affiliate programs; - Understanding of SEO products and traffic management; - Strong analytical skills and experience building roadmaps; - Ability to generate and validate hypotheses (A/B tests, funnel optimization); - Strong communication skills and readiness to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. - Proficiency in Russian is required.
