We are now looking for a Project and Service Sales Manager!
In this position you will play a key role developing service operations in Turkey, managing and supporting local customer projects and service agreements. You will support sales and marketing of capital and service solutions, participate in onsite works during mill outages and manage and coordinate site works and local subcontractors.
Istanbul would be the preferred location, however admitting other locations in Turkey.
Your main responsibilities are
Managing local projects and service agreements.
Supporting local sales activities by working closely with sales managers involved in the Turkish market from the main units located in Nordic countries
Participating in project cost calculations, follow-up and reporting
Preparing project planning and schedules
Managing local procurement of materials, sub-suppliers and manpower Developing and managing local contractor network
Preparing project documentation
Supervising service project deliveries and emergency repairs
Preparing customer visit and project reports
Managing reference control, including customer feedback and satisfaction
Following-up on receivables, warranty/quality issues and lost orders
What you need to succeed in this role
Technical background with a minimum of BEng degree or equivalent in mechanical / process / thermal engineering
Minimum of 8-year experience from project deliveries and works, preferably related to power plant and energy production operations
Good experience from site supervision work
Fluent written and spoken English
Service-minded, with excellent project management skills
Capacity of preparing technical reports and documentation and using project reporting systems
Good technical knowledge of power plant and/or pulp mill recovery processes is considered as advantage
Ability to operate both independently and as a team member, with good interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel (about 60% of working time, domestic travel mostly)
