About the job
1. Job Responsibilities
1. Respond to technical inquiries from overseas customers regarding robotic products, resolving issues such as troubleshooting and function debugging via email, phone, and remote tools;
2. Document customer-reported technical problems and solutions, update the product technical knowledge base, and optimize the support process;
3. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to share overseas customers' product pain points and improvement suggestions, promoting product iteration;
4. Provide technical training on robot operation and maintenance to overseas distributors or customers, enhancing the customer experience.
2. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, or related majors;
2. 1-3 years of technical support experience in robotics or intelligent equipment; familiarity with robot motion control and sensor principles is preferred;
3. Fluent in English、Chinese and Russian;
4. Proficient in remote debugging tools (e.g., TeamViewer), with strong problem analysis and solving abilities; able to adapt to occasional cross-timezone work;
5. Good customer service awareness, communication and coordination skills, strong pressure resistance, and ability to handle complex technical issues independently.

4. Provide overseas distributors or customers with technical training on robot operation and maintenance to enhance customer experience.
II. Job Requirements
1. Possess a bachelor's degree or above in automation, mechatronics, robotics engineering or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of technical support experience in the field of robotics or intelligent devices; preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with robot motion control and sensor principles.
3. Russian and Chinese can be used as working languages.
4. Proficient in remote debugging tools (such as TeamViewer), with strong problem analysis and solving capabilities; able to adapt to occasional collaborative work across time zones.
5. Excellent customer service awareness, communication and coordination skills, strong ability to work under pressure, and the ability to independently handle complex technical problems.
