Medical Assistant - Pediatric Outpatient Clinic
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour
About the Role
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (Front & Back Office) to support a busy pediatric outpatient clinic . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and their families, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and can adapt in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform front and back office Medical Assistant duties, including patient check-in/out, rooming, scheduling support, and EHR documentation.
Obtain accurate vital signs , prepare exam rooms, and assist providers with routine pediatric procedures.
Administer injections and support additional clinical tasks within MA scope of practice.
Provide exceptional customer service to pediatric patients, families, and clinical staff.
Communicate clearly and professionally with providers, staff, and visitors.
Maintain a proactive , flexible, and solutions-focused approach in a dynamic pediatric clinic environment.
Contribute to a collaborative, team-centered culture.
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED .
Medical Assistant Diploma or Certification from an accredited program.
Valid BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) .
Previous Medical Assistant experience (front and back office).

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
