MAYEKAWA established its business in the Middle East (located at Dubai, U.A.E.) in 2005 and we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Accounting team, who is passionate about enabling the company’s leaders to make the best business decisions and meet the company’s objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or other relevant • Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be preferred • Previous experience as an Accountant for at least 5 years in the U.A.E (experience of guiding a team of Accountants and Junior Accountants will be preferred) • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Excel • Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures, familiarity with financial accounting statements, general ledger functions and month-end/year-end closing procedures • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (experience of working collaboratively across multiple stakeholders will be preferred) • Possess with thoroughness with accuracy and attention to detail
