About the job We're looking for an energetic and driven Marketing Manager . You'll help us take our service to the next level in international markets – you'll be a key player on the team responsible for doubling our business growth in new regions. What tasks await you: Managing stakeholder expectations You will manage stakeholder expectations and priorities, ensuring transparent communication on statuses and results. Marketing Budget Management You will plan and distribute marketing budgets, set KPIs and monitor ROMI. Coordination of work with agencies and teams You will need to coordinate work with agencies and cross-functional teams: performance marketing, product, analytics, supply. Optimizing metrics and finding growth points You'll need to optimize CPL, CAC, and conversions across the entire funnel, as well as look for growth opportunities in existing channels. Design of experiments Another important task is to design and run experiments to test new channels and scalable bundles. Deep analytics You will analyze funnels, segments, channel contribution, user behavior, and product impact on marketing metrics. We expect you to: Received higher education We have been working with international markets for more than two years You speak English fluently Understanding intercultural communication and the specifics of the Middle Eastern audience will be a plus.
