Applications are invited for the post of Clerk at the Embassy of India, Astana, Kazakhstan. The position will become vacant w.e.f. 07 July 2026.
Employment Terms:
Full-time permanent position (after successful completion of probation)
Salary starting from US$ 910 per month
Annual bonus equivalent to one month’s salary after completion of one year of service
21 days annual leave after one year of service
Eligibility Criteria:
University degree or equivalent diploma
Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh (written and spoken)
Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and email handling
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
3–5 years of relevant work experience preferred
Candidates must have valid local work permit/resident visa as per local regulations
Age Limit: 21–35 years
Job Responsibilities:
Official administrative duties as assigned by senior officers of the Embassy
